Good evening! I am going to explain to you in simple steps of how to market your product online for your business. Before I get into that I am going to explain how internet marketing works. It works by simply taking high quality and/or relevant websites and linking it to your existing website. When that is done you have been given a strong boost in the search engines and will boost your rankings tremendously.
Now back to business internet marketing on line! Follow the simple steps below:
Step 1. Find high quality and do-follow article directories.
Google and other search engines love high quality and relevant external links, but since it requires lots of money we are going to use high quality article directories because it still gives you a boost in the search engines and it is fast to achieve. (Roughly 10-15 minutes)
The best way to find an article directory that is high quality and is a do-follow is by typing it through Alexarank.com and using the setting bar in your computer to find the meta tag of do-follow.
That all sounds confusing so let me give you an example of how I determine a high quality article directory or just any website in general.
A great example is Squidoo.com, when you put that website through Alexa you get an Alexa rank of 951. Which is great and high quality because it is under the 1000 rank. Any rank lesser than 1000 is very high quality.
That is the easy stuff, but I truly found the do-follow stuff hard because it can take hours to find just good 5 article directories. The first thing you must do is to be on the directory that you found high quality. Next, go to the tools bar on your laptop and click "view source". Third, go to the "find" section and type in NOFOLLOW. When you do this and find nofollow in the meta tag, it means that the website you are on is a nofollow website and a nofollow website DOES NOT give link juice to your website. You want a website that is DOFOLLOW!
I know that most of you that visit this post do not want to learn this, but it is important to the online world.

Step 2. When you find all of your high quality websites it is important to add in the external link to your article that you wrote. An external link is a link that points back at your website that gives you the link juice. It is usually easy to add in the link into your article because it is built in on the directory you are on. Follow the steps below to add in the link:
1. highlight your keyword that you want to link
2. press "link" or "add link" button that should be in the website.
3. Copy and paste your url into the section that should say insert url here.
4. save and test it to see it work. (it is always good to check; since the link is what every search engine looks for.)
Step 3. Link as much as you can because the more high quality links the better and try to add in a couple relevant one's as well.

Google is very particular with links!
Google looks for high quality and relevant links that point back at your website with the link text of the keyword that you are using.
Google is the only search engine that gathers information from websites by external links and internal as well. Search engines like Yahoo and Bing gather information by internal links most of the time so it is quite easy to rank in other search engines before Google.
Due to Google's recent algorithms, you must have original and high quality information. Google will suspend your website if suspected of plagiarism.
If you are interested in ranking # 1 on a blog post you want everyone to see. You will need a low competitive keyword.
Do not go on a linking rampage and link 20 different websites in a day, Google will suspect you of making links. Even thought that is what we are doing, but they do not really know that. They want the links to come at a decent pace and to grow overtime. You can save them in a file in your computer and link 3 a day.
